This isolator module gets its current directly from the motorcycle battery. It uses the tail light signals from the motorcycle as input triggers only. No current is drawn from the motorcycle lights. This module is required to tow an Escapade trailer behind some motorcycle models with led lights or electronic light controls. It is also required to tow an Escapade trailer with a 2014 or newer Harley-Davidson motorcycle or trike.
